About the event

Divine Mercy is Really Present, including Confessions and Mass.  DUE TO WEATHER, THIS RETREAT HAS BEEN MOVED TO OUR RAIN DATE OF TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH.

Retreat presented and Sacramets celebrated by Rev. Jacek Mazur.

Originally, this retreat was to be led by Rev. Matt Nycz.  Due to unforseen circumstances, Fr. Matt will not be present. He will be missed.  We are most grateful for Fr. Jacek Mazur's stewardship and willingness to lead our retreat.  Fr. Jacek Mazur is pastor of Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Niagara Falls, NY.   Fr. Jacek, along with Rick Paolini, co-host Divine Mercy in My Soul on The Station of the Cross Catholic Radio.

Retreat Discription:

Hear what the Church, the saints and people today have to say about the Real Presence and God’s Mercy. Meet the Merciful Jesus coming to us in the Eucharist with the gift of peace and healing our hearts in Confession.  Venerate the genuine First-Class Relics of the Saints of the Divine Mercy.

Humanity as a whole seems to be at the crossroads, choosing to go towards spiritual freedom in God or towards technological slavery away from God.  A spiritual warfare is real and it is raging in people’s souls.  More and more people wake up to the experience of hunger for the meaning of life and suffering.  For Catholics that void is fully filled only by the risen, alive, really present, and loving Jesus Christ we invite into our lives through prayer, sacraments, and personal encounters.  When we experience His mercy in the Reconciliation and the Eucharist, we are in turn called to become His mercy to others.  Supported by quotes and teachings from the “Diary” of St. Faustina, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Bible, the saints.  Sacrament of Confession will be available.  Each participant will get a gift of the Divine Mercy Image.
