"No Other Gods Before Me" will be facilitated by Ann Kern, who has given retreats for Branches since 2012.  God instructs us in the first Commandment to have "no other gods before me" and "not make for yourself an idol."  It is God, first and foremost, whom we must worship and serve.  But sometimes the things we think lead us to God become idols in and of themselves.  And sometimes the things of this world become idols before God.  Spend a day apart to ponder some of these temptations and refocus your eyes, mind and heart on the Lord, our God.
